Coach Kang Jaehyun started boxing at 14, earned a professional license at 19, and competed in 19 amateur bouts before moving into professional boxing and kickboxing. He also sparred with fighters at Korean Top Team at international level.

What A Private Boxing Session Looks Like

Every session starts with boxing. For beginners: stance, guard, footwork, and basic combinations before anything else. For members with some experience: combinations, head movement, rhythm work, and conditioning through rounds.

A standard boxing block includes shadowboxing, one-on-one mitt work, heavy bag rounds, and rhythm training — run in 3-minute rounds with short rest. After that, conditioning and weight training are added based on your body and goal.

1:1 Private Sessions

  • 10 sessions — ₩80,000 per session
  • 20 sessions — ₩75,000 per session
  • 30 sessions — ₩70,000 per session
  • 50 sessions — ₩65,000 per session

Small Group Private (per person)

  • 2:1 — ₩40,000 per person
  • 3:1 — ₩35,000 per person

Do I need boxing experience to start?

No. Most members start with zero boxing background. The coach teaches stance, guard, footwork, and basic combinations from scratch and builds up at your pace.

Is this private boxing or a group class?

Private. Sessions are 1:1 or small group (2:1, 3:1). The coach is focused on you the entire session — not managing a room full of people.

Can I combine boxing with weight training?

Yes. Boxing leads the session, then conditioning and weight training are added based on your goal. You do not need to book separate classes.

Is boxing coaching available in English?

Yes. All coaching can be done in English. The session is clear to follow even if English is your second language.

What is the trial session price?

₩30,000 for one full 45-minute session covering boxing, conditioning, and weights. No commitment required.
